3. Orders and Payments

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations Made at Least 48 Hours in Advance:

Orders below $500: Full refund available.

Orders between $500 and $1,500: Subject to a $100 return fee.

Orders over $1,500: Subject to a 15% return fee.

Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance:

No cash refunds. A store credit equal to the amount paid will be issued, valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items: Any services already rendered or food already consumed are not eligible for refunds.

Company-Initiated Refunds: If Hanna Hospitality is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, a full refund will be issued upon mutual agreement.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) business days and returned to the original payment method.
